One running order. Every moving part.
On the night, guests should only notice that everything works. Behind that sits a single running order that connects the venue, the technical team, catering, performers and guest logistics.
At Gulustan, screens, light and service had to move together across a large hall. At Ateshgah, an outdoor programme meant timing food, stage and guest flow around one another in the open air. In both cases one team held the plan and the cues.
We stay on site from setup to the last guest, so changes on the day are handled before they become problems.
